Mechanical Project Manager / Estimator

Our client is a family run specialist mechanical engineering contractor based in Coventry. Their main project base is in the commercial space, and they also deliver a significant amount of work on hospital projects.

The business has been growing progressively over the last few years and they have reached the point where their current project managers / estimators need an additional hand to manage workload.

The client is looking to bring in an experienced individual with project management and estimating experience to join the business on long term basis.

The successful applicant will be project managing mechanical building services schemes on a project footprint within around 50 miles of Coventry. You will also be providing estimating / pricing services.

To apply for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

* An experienced mechanical project manager with demonstrable experience
* Experience working in the commercial / hospital industry
* Technically proficient in a wide range of varied mechanical services
* Pricing / estimating experience
* Ideally you will be familiar with Trimble estimation experience
* Based locally to Coventry
* Fully eligible to work in the UK and in position of a full driving license
