They employ a number of experts in specialist crafts such as; stone & marble, decoration, facades & roofs and wood work. They take huge pride in the quality and detail of their work and thrive off customer satisfaction.



The Project

As an experienced Project Manager, you will be working on various high-end residential and leisure fit out projects in London with build values from £5m - £20m+

Requirements

For this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualifications as a minimum;

* SMSTS
* CSCS

It is also essential that you hold the experience below;

* Extensive background, with a proven track record of success with a Main Contractor or Subcontractor
* Proven history of managing internal / fit out packages on residential/ leisure projects
* Experience working on fit out / refurbishment / new build projects with values in excess of £5m+

Additional skills;

* Great presentation skills
* Strong attention to details
* Leading and management skills
* History of managing direct reports
* Experience with Senior Team Leadership
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Confident and proactive in managing own work load
* Ability to multitask and prioritize projects under pressure

The Role

* Job Title: Project Manager

* Project: £5m - £20m+ Various High End Residential & Leisure Fit Out Projects
* Reporting to: Project Director

Duties

* Ordering materials
* Maintaining quality control checks
* Conducting quality and safety inspections
* Reporting on project progress to senior managers
* Signing off and handing completed work over to the client
* Ensuring work is finished to an exceptionally high standard
* Liaising with other sub-contractors and the principal contractor
* Day to day problem solving and dealing with any issues that arise
* Assist in the supervision of direct employees and agency labour
* Managing health and safety throughout the site including site safety inspections
* Overseeing and managing project schedules and budgets to ensure work is completed on time
