Mechanical Project Manager

The Role

Mechanical Project Manager overseeing a range of mechanical packages on CAT A & B office fit out projects in Central London. This a roaming position travelling across two different projects within London, with the role offering hybrid working between visiting sites and home working.

Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications

As the Mechanical Project Manager, you must possess the following;

* 5 Years + Experience as a Mechanical Project Manager
* Mechanical trade background (i.e. Plumbing / Fitting etc)
* Previous experience working on CAT A & B projects
* SMSTS
* CSCS Card
* 3 Day First Aid

Duties

* Managing mechanical packages across two different office fits outs
* Allocate site supervision in accordance with scheme complexity
* Develop a strategy to drive consistency & improve quality of delivery
* Ensure all work is carried out in a safe, efficient manner and in compliance with company specification

* Ensure Health & Safety is compliant at all times
* Lead on site meetings with the project team, client and main contractors
* Report to the Operations Manager on project progress and contractor performance
* Ensure the client is kept up-to-date with all relevant project information and progress
* Attend sites at unsociable hours including evenings and weekends
