Fixtures Project Manager
The Company
An industry leading Principal Contractor who undertakes projects for major blue chip retail clients are recruiting for their fixtures division. They work with a number of the UK's major retailers on a nationwide basis and therefore offer hybrid working, which is flexible in-between home-working and across sites.
Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications
For this role you must possess the following;
* 5 years + experience as a Project Manager
* Previous experience within retail fixtures & fittings
* SMSTS Site Management Safety Training Scheme
* CSCS Gold / Black Card
* 3 Day First Aid
The Role
As the Project Manager, you will be reporting to the Divisional Director to oversee a wide range of fixture packages on retail projects that are valued up to £100k. You will liaise with clients alongside Site Managers during the pre-construction and construction phase of the projects.
Duties
* Manage, develop and expand their in-house fitting team
* Managing multiple fixture packages on live retail stores
* Work collaboratively with other Project Managers to ensure schemes are appropriately resourced
* Allocate site supervision in accordance with scheme complexity
* Identify and on-board new subcontractors to support the business growth agenda
* Undertake comprehensive supplier reviews
* Identify cost saving opportunities and develop operational plans for implementation
* Develop a strategy to drive consistency & improve quality of delivery
* Ensure all work is carried out in a safe, efficient manner and in compliance with company specification
