The Company

A well-established fit-out and refurbishment contractor, specialising in commercial office interiors. They have catered to a range of blue-chip clients from; call centres and banks to solicitors and health care facilities. They have had roots in the industry for over 20 years, going from strength to strength in recent years, demonstrated by a range of accreditations and awards.

The Projects

As a Project Manager you will be carrying out regional works across the North West and Central Manchester. You will be working for a huge company who specialises in office fitouts.

Requirements

* Experience in Project Managing on Fit Outs
* Hold significant experience in the construction industry
* Based in or around Manchester

The Role

* Job Title: Project Manager
* Job Type: Permanent
* Project: Regional works all over Manchester City Centre
* Reporting to: Operations Manager

Duties

* Reporting directly to the operations manager
* Inspect the standards of the projects efficiently
* Ensuring health and safety is been undertaken at all times
* Determine the main communication association between the team and the company
* Guide the project and team to deliver good standards, promoting company vision and values
* Deliver operational effectiveness and observe the quality of the work to ensure it is up to high standards
* Be observant of the overall safety, environmental and quality performance of each project and ensure that action is taken whenever the standards are not being met



All the works are in Manchester city centre, it is important to be based in and around the North West for this role. The projects are all Fit out.
