Project Manager

The Role

Project Manager working days on a range of fast-paced education projects around the North West. These projects are due to start on Monday 3rd July 2023 and have a combined duration of 8-12 weeks.

Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications

For this role you must possess the following;

* Basic or Enhanced DBS Check
* SMSTS
* CSCS Card
* First Aid
* Fire Marshall
* Asbestos Awareness

Duties

* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
* Ensure quality is controlled and maintained through the projects.
* Day-to-day single point of contact for all site and construction matters for the client and professional team.
* ensure best practice and quality through all elements.
* Consistent and detailed management of the site delivery team and sub-contractors, including regular programme management.
* Management and coordination of site health, safety, and environment.
* Quality delivery, successful completion strategies, and checks.
* Close and archive projects
