The Project

As an experienced Project Manager, you will be leading the smooth delivery of commercial and retail landlord works, improvements, refurbishments and enhancement projects with values ranging from £10k - £5m.

Requirements

For this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualifications as a minimum;

* SMSTS
* White or Black CSCS Card

It is also essential that you hold the experience below;

* Considerable amount of relevant experience performing as Project Manager within commercial and retail sectors

* Great presentation skills
* Strong attention to details
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Confident and proactive in managing own work load
* Ability to multitask and prioritize projects under pressure
* Excellent abilities in software and computer skills including Cost Management systems, Microsoft Office and Teams, Word, Excel, Adobe and PowerPoint

The Role

* Job Title: Freelance Project Manager
* Project: £10k to £5m - Various commercial and retail refurbishment/enhancement projects, Central London
* Duration: On going
* Reporting to: General Manager

Duties

* Monitoring and control of sub-contractor
* Reliable with strong time management skill
* Manage cost control and internal budgeting
* Working closely with the wider Design team
* Liaising with representatives of land lords throughout all delivery's
* Conduct meetings on-site with architect, client and construction team
* Planning and monitoring works and regularly reviewing of the program
* Overseeing the management of all external designers to provide information
* Planning and overall control of all site operations to ensure that the project targets are achieved
* Strong leadership skills including experience in leading site teams, large programmes of work and has the confidence and ability to lead, influence and communicate with others to deliver targets
* Determine the required resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
* Drive our values and principles and ensure they are cascaded throughout the team
* Adoption, utilization and promotion of software including 4P, SnagR and Asta Power Project
* Fully responsible for the successful operational delivery of Projects on site ens
