We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager/Project Manager with expertise in concrete superstructure construction to join our client, Deby. As a leading civil construction company our client is committed to delivering high-quality projects and exceeding client expectations. Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Management:

* Oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of construction projects, specifically focusing on concrete superstructure.
* Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans to ensure project milestones are achieved.
* Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to maintain project schedule and quality standards.
* Monitor and control project progress, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, quality control standards, and contractual requirements.
* Mitigate risks and proactively identify and resolve any project-related issues or delays.



Concrete Superstructure Expertise:

* Possess strong knowledge and experience in concrete superstructure construction, including high-rise buildings, bridges, or other concrete structures.
* Understand the intricacies of concrete pouring, formwork, reinforcement, curing, and finishing techniques.
* Ensure compliance with industry best practices, technical specifications, and quality standards for concrete superstructure construction.



Stakeholder Management:

* Collaborate closely with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project coordination.
* Provide regular updates and progress reports to clients, addressing any concerns or queries promptly.
* Foster strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring timely and quality delivery of materials and services.
* Delivery Progress Meetings with Clients



Team Leadership:

* Lead and motivate on-site teams, providing guidance, support, and clear direction to achieve project objectives.
* Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
* Conduct regular performance evaluations, identify training needs, and provide coaching to enhance the skills and capabilities of the team.
* Supervision and Management of 5 Supervisors on a project of 60 staff.



Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Site Manager/Project Manager in concrete superstructure construction projects.
