Senior Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a major rail contractor delivering engineering works for clients around the country. With workload looking very bright in 2023 the team have identified the need to bring in another ambitious and driven senior quantity surveyor to support the team in Doncaster

The successful applicant will be working with Qs's and commercial managers on a wide variety of rail schemes.
Rail experience is not essential so this represents the chance for someone to get a foot up into the industry for the first time.

To apply for this role you must meet the following criteria:

* A degree in quantity surveying is essential
* You will have worked for a minimum of three years within either rail, M&E, civils or build
* You will be familiar with a range of forms of contract an adept and picking up new forms

* Line management experience
* You will have managed your own schemes
* You must be a confident communicator and negotiator
* You must be fully eligible to work in the UK
* You must be able to work in Doncaster 3-4 days a week and travel as business dictates around the north.
