The Project

As a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role within the senior commercial team on the civil engineering sector, managing various earthworks, drainage, coastal defence and infrastructure improvement projects across the North West with values between £200k - £6.8m. Initially, as the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will provide expert advice on financial matters and maintain accurate project documentation throughout the lifecycle of the projects.

Requirements

For this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualifications as a minimum;

* RICS / CIOB Membership (desirable but not essential)
* Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering or equivalent

It is also essential that you hold the experience below;

* Proven history of working on civils, earthworks, drainage, demolition, coastal defense or infrastructure improvements projects with values between £200k - £6.8m
* Extensive background within the industry with at least 5 years of experience working in a Quantity Surveying position within the civil engineering sector

* A solid understanding of construction materials, methods, and techniques
