Site Administrator / Contracts Administrator

A market leading modular based construction group that specialises in the delivery of bespoke offices, education, healthcare and retail frameworks across the UK.
The Project
The successful candidate will be providing administrative suppport for MoJ and MoD contracts; this includes applications for security clearance. Must be highly organised, have excellent attention to detail and strong construction administration background.
Requirements
It is essential that you hold the experience below;
* Professional telephone manner
* Extensive construction experience
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel & Outlook
The Role
* Job Title: Contracts Administrator
* Project: MoJ and MoD contracts
* Duration: 6 Months
* Reporting to: Construction Director
Duties
* Regularly updating spreadsheets
* Answering calls and taking messages
* Regular communication with site teams
* Providing progress updates to senior management
* Maintaining strong organisation and attention to detail
* Liaising with the various external servicers and third parties
* Obtaining and collating sensitive information from direct employees and subcontractors in order to carry out background checks
