The Project
As a highly experienced Mechanical Project Manager, you will play a key role leading the mechanical packages on projects across a wide range of sectors including sports and leisure, hospitality, commercial and industrial projects. You will be responsible for the mechanical aspects of construction projects, ensuring the design, installation, and maintenance of HVAC systems, plumbing, fire safety systems, and other mechanical infrastructure meet both the project's technical specifications and relevant safety standards.
Requirements
For this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualifications as a minimum;
* SMSTS
* Valid CSCS / JIB Card
* First Aid - Desirable but not essential

Duties
* Ensure site health and safety
* Provide expert mechanical knowledge
* Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of the project
* Identify possible risks and formulate strategies to mitigate them
* Address any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally
* Monitor project costs, ensuring they remain in the allocated budget
* Identify a
