The Company

A well-established fit-out and refurbishment contractor, specialising in commercial office interiors. They have catered to a range of blue-chip clients from; call centres and banks to solicitors and health care facilities. They have had roots in the industry for over 20 years, going from strength to strength in recent years, demonstrated by a range of accreditations and awards.



The Projects

As a Project Manager you will be carrying out regional works across the North West and Central Manchester. You will be working for a huge company who specialises in office, healthcare, education fitouts & refurbs.



Requirements

For this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualifications as a minimum;

* Experience in Project Managing
* Holds significant experience in the construction industry

The Role

* Job Title: Project Manager
* Job Type: Permanent
* Project: Regional works all over Greater Manchester
* Reporting to: Operations Manager



Duties

* Ordering materials
* Maintaining quality control checks
* Reporting to Operations Director regularly
* Conducting quality and safety inspections
* Reporting on project progress to senior managers
* Signing off and handing completed work over to the client
* Ensuring work is finished to an exceptionally high standard
* Liaising with other sub-contractors and the principal contractor
* Day to day problem solving and dealing with any issues that arise
* Assist in the supervision of direct employees and agency labour
* Managing health and safety throughout the site including site safety inspections
* Overseeing and managing project schedules and budgets to ensure work is completed on time



This is a permanent position with an excellent salary on offer for the successful candidate. All the works are regional around Greater Manchester. There will be around £60k basic salary for the right candidate, plus a package that includes car or car allowance.
