Last Friday, the Caval team all gathered for an unforgettable night at our Annual Summer Party, marking a celebration of dedication and hard work over the past year. Hosted at the always amazing Restaurant Bar & Grill in Leeds, the evening was a testament to the exceptional efforts of our amazing team, particularly during the bustling summer months. It’s always a good time when all five of the Caval offices converge under one roof!

We extend our immense gratitude to every member of our exceptional team who continually make all of this possible. It’s through their dedication and passion that we continue to achieve new heights. Here’s to many more years of success and growth! And to those who may have felt the morning after, we hope it was nothing a strong cup of coffee couldn’t fix!

As we reflect on the remarkable year that has been, it’s only fitting to share some of the incredible milestones we’ve reached in 2023. One of the most significant steps forward was the expansion of our presence in the dynamic city of London, with the opening of our fifth regional office. This move brings us even closer to our values clients and candidates in the South!

In recognition of our outstanding workplace culture, we were honoured with the People’s Platform Award. A testament to the collaborative spirit and dedication of every member of our team. And speaking of our team, we welcomed a host of exceptional new individuals, each bringing their unique talents to drive Caval to new heights.

With three months remaining in the year, we are filled with anticipation for what else we can achieve in 2023. Here’s to the remarkable journey of 2023 so far  and to the many more triumphs that await us in the rest of the year and beyond!
