With the help of a masterclass leadership programme provided by the amazing Amara, our company leaders have undergone a 3 week course that strengthens team engagement and company performance. The programme, lead by Tamson - the founder of Amara, focuses on all areas of quality leadership; our directors have gained insight on developing greater self-awareness, learned how to strengthen our team’s identity and understood how to empower and embed high performance with leadership.
