The Project

As an experienced Site Manager, you will help to oversee a £40m High Rise Recladding Scheme across 9 blocks in Salford. You will play a crucial role within the site management team and wider business to ensure that all works are continuously completed to specification, in budget and on time.

Requirements

For this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualifications as a minimum;

* SMSTS
* CSCS
* First Aid

It is also essential that you hold the experience below;

* Strong working knowledge of cladding / façades.
* Holds experience in projects with values of up to £20m+

* Reporting to: Project Manager

Duties

* Progress Reporting
* Updating Site Diaries
* Enforcing Health & Safety
* Inductions / Toolbox Talks
* Management of onsite labour
* Chair and attend site meetings
* Quality Inspections / Snagging
* Ordering / Receiving of materials
* Carry out programme and budget evaluations
* Attending and Participating in Project meetings
