The Project

As a highly experienced Freelance MEP Site Manager, you will be taking the responsibility as part of the management team on a £50m New Build Residential Scheme in Manchester. You will play a crucial role within the team and wider business to ensure that all works are completed to specification, in budget and on time.

Requirements

For this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualifications as a minimum;

* SMSTS
* CSCS or Equivalent
* First Aid

It is also essential that you hold the experience below;

* Previous experience of leading M&E packages on similar projects with values in excess of £20m

* Duration: 12 Months
* Reporting to: Project Manager

Duties

* Quality Assurance
* Progress Reporting
* Updating Site Diaries
* Inductions / Toolbox Talks
* Ensuring site health & safety
* Ordering / Receiving of materials
* Providing expert MEP knowledge
* Overseeing of M&E subcontractors
* Attending and Participating in Project meetings
* Ensuring all site reports, designs and drawings are checked over thoroughly
* Recognise and establish clients needs and expectations to deliver them in the correct timescale
