Working Foreman

The Role

Working Foreman required for kitchen and bathroom refurbishment works on a Trust property in Aylesbury. This requirement starts on 20/09/2023 and is due to run for 7 months.

Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications

For this role you must possess the following;

* SMSTS (Essential)
* 3 Day First Aid (Essential)
* Asbestos Awareness (Essential)
* Fire Marshall (Essential)
* Hands on Joiner / Multi Skilled Builder with own Tools / Equipment (Essential)

Duties

* Prepared be on the tools and undertake works
* Ordering materials
* Maintaining quality control checks
* Liaising with internal sub-contractors
* Reporting on project progress to senior managers
* Ensuring high quality of workmanship is maintained at all times
* Supervising site labour (both directly employed and sub-contract)
* Day to day problem solving and dealing with any issues that arise
* Overseeing project schedules and ensuring working is completed on time
* Managing health and safety throughout the site including site safety inspection
* Ensuring a safe and tidy site is maintained at all times and that site rules are adopted by all site personnel
