Compliance Administrator


The Company

A privately owned Main Contractor based in West Yorkshire with a track record of being a large employer within the local area. At current, they operate across multiple construction sectors and are looking to appoint additional quality and compliance staff members due to the increase in workload.

Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications

For this role you must possess the following;

* 2 Years + Experience as a Compliance Administrator
* Previous experience working in the Construction Industry (desired but not essential)
* Knowledge of ISO 90001, 45001, 14001 and 44001 is preferred

The Role

As a Compliance Administrator, you will support the Director in collecting, analysing and reporting project plans, processes and audits across a wide range of different construction projects in various sectors.

Duties

* Monitoring and highlighting all potential risk in relation to operational performance across new build, refurbishment and maintenance project risks are eliminated and helping us meet our financial targets.
* You will become involved with regular performance and service delivery audits to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and operational efficiency standards.
* Running weekly reports, you will help with identifying potential risks in relation to service delivery failures so that these can be pro-actively addressed.
* Ensuring that correct processes have been followed and that reporting systems are accurate, updated and fully auditable.
* Recording any health and safety incidents and near misses
* Report and record using in-house software
* Facilitate, monitor, and manage all Audits that are being conducted by the teams, and being empowered to escalate any issues.
* Reporting to the Director
