Our client specialises in retail refurbishments and fit-outs. With a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects for well-known retail brands, they are committed to excellence, innovation, and client satisfaction. As they continue to expand the operations, they are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to join their dynamic team.

Position Overview:

Site Manager to oversee and manage retail refurbishment and fit-out projects Nationwide. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will play a key role in coordinating all aspects of construction, from planning and scheduling to on-site management and client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

* Project Planning: Collaborate with the project team to develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

* Site Management: Supervise and manage all on-site activities, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

* Resource Allocation: Coordinate the allocation of labor, equipment, and materials to meet project requirements.

* Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed about project progress and addressing any concerns or issues.

* Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the highest level of workmanship.

* Safety Compliance: Ensure all safety regulations and protocols are followed on the construction site.

* Problem Solving: Identify and address any challenges or obstacles that may arise during the project, finding creative solutions to keep the project on track.

* Budget Management: Monitor project expenses and work to keep the project within budget.

* Team Leadership: Lead and motivate on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project goals.

* Documentation: Maintain accurate project records, including daily reports, progress photos, and change orders.



Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a Site Manager in retail refurbishments and fit-outs.

* Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.

* Excellent leadership and communication skills.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

* Knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices.

* Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.

* Willingness to travel nationwide as needed.



The role is Nationwide and you will be expected to stay away as needed.

The package for this role includes:

£21 / hour for all Monday
