Our client are a dynamic and innovative firm specializing in the fit outs and refurbishments of bars and restaurants across the nation. With a strong commitment to quality, creativity, and customer satisfaction, we're at the forefront of transforming ordinary spaces into extraordinary experiences. They have big contracts with Leisure & Hospitality clients Nationwide, working on bars and restaurants.

The Role:

As a Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our clients' visions to life. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end execution of fit out and refurbishment projects. From concept to completion, you'll ensure that every detail is executed to perfection, exceeding client expectations and industry standards.

Responsibilities:

* Supervising construction workers and hiring subcontractors
* Buying materials for each phase of the project
* Monitoring build costs and project progress
* Conducting quality and safety inspections
* Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
* Maintaining quality control checks
* Motivating the workforce
* Day to day problem solving and dealing with any issues that arise

Qualifications / Must have:

* Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in the leisure and hospitality industry.
* CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
* Joiner by trade
* Able to travel and stay Nationwide
