Regional Site Manager Role in West Yorkshire!

One of our key clients are looking to take on a Site Manager on a permanent basis!

They are based in West Yorkshire and all the works are Regional, working on Refurbs & fit outs in and around West Yorkshire.



Role and Responsibilities: As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the refurbishment and fit-out projects in the West Yorkshire region. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Leading and managing on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Ensuring projects are executed within budget and on schedule.
* Implementing and enforcing stringent health and safety standards.
* Collaborating with project stakeholders to ensure their expectations are met.
* Problem-solving and addressing challenges as they arise.



Qualifications and Skills:

To excel in this role, you should have:

* Proven experience as a Site Manager in refurbishment and fit-out projects.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
* In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations.
* Ability to drive teams and projects to successful completion.

CSCS card

SMSTS

First Aid
