The Project
As an experienced Document Controller, you provide assistance to maintain project documentation and aid the project team.
Requirements
It is also desired that you hold the skills & experience below;
* Strong Organisational skills
* Must have aconex experience
* Well experienced in Microsoft Office
* Knowledge / Experience in BIMxtra is a plus
* Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
* Experience in Rail, Civil Engineering or Construction Industry is an advantage

Duties
* Using aconex
* Quality assurance checks
* General administrative duties
* Creating and updating spreadsheets
* Uploading issued documents and drawings
* Sorting, scanning, filing and uploading site documentation
* Maintaining project documentation and distribution to the project team
* Ensuring that all project documentation meets the company's standards
