The Project

Working as an experienced Contracts Manager, you will be working closely and reporting to Operations Manager whilst overseeing the reactive maintenance of various pubs and restaurants. This will be based across the Midlands and Nottingham.

Requirements

For this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualifications as a minimum;

* A satisfactory amount of experience in the industry
* Excellent working knowledge of health and safety
* Impressive track record of working on design and build
* Good understanding of all aspects of contracting process and technical building requirements

* Good communication skills and articulate
* Knowledgeable of construction and civils' technical
* Can work well with other team members and very collaborative

The Role

* Job Title: Contracts Manager
* Job Type: Permanent
* Project: Reactive maintenance works on pubs and restaurants, all around Nottingham / Midlands
* Reporting to: Operations Manager

Duties

* Reporting directly to the operations manager
* Inspect the standards of the projects efficiently
* Maintaining and keeping the contract up to date
* Ensuring health and safety is been undertaken at all times
* Determine the main communication association between the team and the company
* Guide the project and team to deliver good standards, promoting company vision and values
* Deliver operational effectiveness and observe the quality of the work to ensure it is up to high standards



* Always making sure the project is completed to a high standard & good quality, safe, cost effective and builds a close client relationship



* Approving and inspecting the Project Management Plan (PMP) and Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) and proves control documents for each project after their preparation by the project team



* Ensure the PMP is developed throughout the project and that all operations are conducted in accordance with it



* Overseeing that an adequate Technical, Safety and Environmental review is carried out for each and every project



* Secure that safety is outlined before the start of
