Regional Project Manager Role!

Position Overview:

As a Site-Based Project Manager, you will be an integral part of the project management team, responsible for planning, executing, and closing office fit-out projects. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, managing resources, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining the highest standards of quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage office fit-out projects in the Midlands region, from initial concept through to final delivery.
* Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resources allocation.
* Liaise with clients, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are clear and expectations are managed effectively.
* Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project execution.
* Oversee and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
* Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure work is being carried out according to specifications.
* Lead, mentor, and manage a team of project coordinators, contractors, and other personnel involved in the project.
* Prepare regular progress reports and communicate project status updates to senior management and clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

* Proven track record of successfully managing office fit-out projects, preferably within the Midlands region.
* Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Proficiency in project management software and tools.
* In-depth knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
* Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
* Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
* Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
