Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated professional to join their dynamic team and oversee mechanical installations of retail projects Nationwide. As a Mechanical Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects while upholding the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Take full responsibility for overseeing mechanical installations at various retail sites across the country.
* Coordinate and manage on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
* Collaborate closely with project stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, suppliers, and other team members.
* Perform regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
* Efficiently resolve any technical issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
* Implement best practices and innovative techniques to optimize project outcomes and efficiency.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Mechanical Site Manager, with a track record of successfully delivering retail projects on a nationwide scale.
* Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and installations, including HVAC, plumbing, and ventilation.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage site teams and liaise with various stakeholders.
* Adept at reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications.
* Knowledge of safety regulations and commitment to creating a safe work environment.
* Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
* Willingness to travel extensively to various project sites nationwide.
