A market leading modular based construction group that specialises in the delivery of bespoke offices, education, healthcare and retail frameworks across the UK.

The Project

As a highly experienced Contracts Manager, you will be based from the office in West Yorkshire and oversee the delivery of various modular schemes, specialising in health care developments ranging from £5m - £30m in value. You will coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results, ensuring that the scheme is delivered on time, budget and to specification.

Requirements

For this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualifications as a minimum;

* SMSTS
* CSCS Card

It is also essential that you hold the experience below;

* Previous experience of successfully managing and delivering multiple projects
* Strong all-round knowledge of the construction industry within the health sector in particular

The Role

* Job Title: Contracts Manager
* Job Type: Permanent
* Project: Various New Build Modular Schemes
* Reporting to: Construction Director

Duties

* Ensure sites are concisely prepared for site audits
* Plan and organize appropriate resource schedules
* Reporting to Head of Construction and Senior Projects Team
* Oversee KPIs to maintain a positive reputation and expectation
* Implement strict health & safety measures throughout the project lifecycle
* Comply with the design team, making sure all requirements are identified and met
* Attend and hold schedules and meetings to develop appropriate delivery programs
* Implement risk mitigation strategies to guarantee the smooth running of the scheme
* Ensure that site works are controlled to prevent any disturbance to the wider community
* Impose strict snagging, handover and aftercare measures to achieve zero defects upon completion
* Be financially conscience of all aspects of the project whilst working alongside the commercial team
* Act as a role model to the delivery team, issuing guidance to deliver the project to the highest standard
* Liaise with the wider business and site team to ensure that all relevant stakeholders are informed with the projects progression
