Our client is a dynamic construction contractor with over 20 years within the industry. They provide construction solutions to for their clients who they have big contracts with - excess of £25m forecast this year. They uphold a healthy track record of success and are continuing to grow as a business.
The Projects
Working as a Contracts Manager, you will be based around Yorkshire or the North West working on NHS refurbishment schemes. You will be ensuring you deliver the projects in a timely and efficient manor, up to a high standard of work.
Requirements
* A satisfactory amount of experience in the industry
* Excellent working knowledge of health and safety
* Good understanding of all aspects of contracting process and technical building requirements
Additional skills
* Confident in their work
* Assertive in leadership
* Good communication skills and articulate
* Knowledgeable of construction and civils' technical
* Can work well with other team members and very collaborative
* Aware of their own strengths and weaknesses to promote improvement
The Role

* Reporting to: Operations Manager
Duties
* Inspect the standards of the projects efficiently
* Maintaining and keeping the contract up to date
* Ensuring health and safety is been undertaken at all times
* Having flexibility, able to manage multiple projects at one time
* Determine the main communication association between the team and the company
* Guide the project and team to deliver good standards, promoting company vision and values
* Deliver operational effectiveness and observe the quality of the work to ensure it is up to high standards
