Internals Site Manager
The Role
Internals Site Manager on a £40 million Accommodation project in Liverpool. You manage the internal fit out of one of the blocks. This contract starts on 21/08/2023 and is due to complete November 2023.
Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications
As the Site Manager, you must possess the following;
* Essential you have 5+ years' experience working as a Site Manager on Residential / Apartment projects
* Internals background
* Previous experience working in a fast-paced construction environment
* SMSTS
* CSCS Card
* 3 Day First Aid
Duties
* Maintaining quality control checks
* Liaising with internal sub-contractors
* Ensuring work is finished to a high standard
* Reporting on project progress to Project Manager
* Ensuring high quality of workmanship is maintained at all times
* Supervising site labour (both directly employed and sub-contract)
* Day to day problem solving and dealing with any issues that arise
* Overseeing project schedules and ensuring working is completed on time
* Managing health and safety throughout the site including site safety inspection
* Ensuring a safe and tidy site is maintained at all times and that site rules are adopted by all site personnel
