Dedicated to developing high standard luxury schemes to ensure client satisfaction, specialising in residential care homes. They have up to 25 years' experience within the industry and hold a knowledgeable perspective on a large range of services. They hold a successful track record of delivering prestigious projects to an exceptional industry standard.
The Project
As an experienced Finishing Manager, you will be overseeing the fit out and finishing on an £8m New Build Care Home in Stoke-on-Trent. You will manage all internal trades to ensure that the project is finished and handed over to an exceptionally high standard.
Requirements
For this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualifications as a minimum;
* SMSTS
* First Aid
* CSCS Card
It is also essential that you hold the experience below;
* Experience using snagging software such as Site Audit Pro
The Role
* Job Title: Finishing Manager
* Location: Stoke-on-Trent
* Project: £8m New Build Care Home
* Duration: 6 Months
* Reporting to: Project Manager
Duties
* Maintain health & safety
* Supervise subcontractors
* Quality inspections / snagging
* Ordering / receiving of materials
* Take the lead on updating site diaries
* Attending and participating in project meetings
* Take responsibility of Inductions / toolbox talks
* Ensure that Progress reporting is overseen regularly
* Management of onsite labor including subcontractors
* Ensure work is being completed on time and within budget
* Managing all internal trades and overseeing finishing and snagging
* Reporting in to and working closely with the senior management team
