Site Engineer - Heavy Civils - Buckinghamshire

The Project



As a Site Engineer, you will carry out works on a site completing enabling works for a heavy civils development.



Requirements

For this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualifications as a minimum;

* First Aid
* CSCS Card
* Driving Licence
* HNC or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

For this role it is essential that you hold the skills & experience below;

* Experienced in heavy civils
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

* Reporting to: Senior Engineer



Duties

* Supervising Works
* To attend Team Briefs
* Facilitate agreement of variations
* Attend in-house progress meetings
* Setting up and maintaining site control
* Setting Out Sites and Organising Facilities
* Ensuring compliance with works standards
* Organise and supervise temporary works when required
* Setting out of groundworks, earthworks, foundations, etc
* Undertaking Land, Stockpile and Construction Work Surveys
* Checking and Preparing Site Reports, Designs and Drawings
* Liaising With Clients, Subcontractors and Other Professional Staff
