The Company

An established construction contractor based within the North West who are looking to expand their portfolio across the region. Specialising in delivering new build and refurbishment schemes, specialising in residential projects within the private and affordable housing sector. At present, projects range up to £10m+ with high profile tenders in the pipeline for future works.

The Project

£10m new build housing project in Manchester.

Requirements

For this role it is essential that you carry the following qualifications as a minimum;

* CSCS Card
* SSSTS (Advantageous but not essential)

It is also essential that you hold the experience below;

* Previous experience working on similar projects
* Experience working in a similar position on site

The Role

* Job Title: Freelance Site Supervisor / Foreman
* Job Type: Freelance - Short term holiday cover
* Project: £10m new build housing project in Manchester
* Reporting to: Site Manager

Duties

* Quality control
* Health & Safety
* Complete paperwork
* Overseeing subcontractors
* Carrying out site inductions
* Ordering / receiving of materials
* Assisting day to day running of site
* Reporting progress to the Site Manager
