Site Administrator / Document Controller

An off-site modular construction company with over 50 years in the industry. They complete their projects 99% on time and within budget on builds across Europe and the UK. They have modular developments ranging from, campuses, theatres, wards and laboratories to student accommodations and welfare facilities.
The Project
As an experienced Site Administrator / Document Controller you will be based on a £10m modular new build school in Maidstone. You will need excellent organisational skills as you will be liaising with internal and external contacts and managing a team of document controllers.
Requirements
It is essential that you hold the experience below;
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Knowledge of Document Control Software (E.g. 4Projects)
* Construction Administration Experience on Similar Projects
The Role
* Job Title: Site Administrator / Document Controller
* Project: £10m New Build School
* Duration: 6 Months
* Reporting to: Site Manager
Duties
* Ordering supplies
* Filing, typing, scanning
* General site admin duties
* Minute taking at site meetings
* Faxing / Photocopying / Emailing
* Meeting and greeting all site visitors
* Sorting incoming / outgoing documents
* Regularly update the document register
* Set up meeting rooms for project meetings
* Record plant and materials received to site
* Update site notice boards / Health & Safety Signage
* Review and update the document register as required
* Providing assistance with site timesheets when required
* Answer incoming calls and handle general correspondence
* Act as the go-between between the Site Team and Design Team
* Liaise with the Design Team to receive and distribute drawings and other documents
