No direct experience necessary - Caval Ltd are looking to expand their extraordinarily busy and market leading construction recruitment division with a Trainee Resourcer / Labour Manager.
The position is an immediate start (following prior video/face to face interview) and based in our city centre Manchester office.
Overall, you will be supporting our busy Construction Trades & Labour division, reporting to a line manager and gaining training and invaluable experience in a sales / recruitment / office environment along the way.
Upon successful probation completion, usually 3 months, you will also be entitled to commission every month. This amount can vary based on the performance of the division as a whole. Weekly hours are 8.00am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday, no weekends or evenings, and we are looking to make an appointment as soon as possible

Salary: £23,000.00-£30,000.00 per year - Initial salary £23,000 + commission after successful 3 month probation, OTE £30,000+
Supplemental pay types: Commission / Bonus scheme

* Making outgoing calls to workers to offer work, request information, documents and timesheets
* Answering landline calls from candidates looking for work and dealing with queries
* Use excellent customer service continuously
