Freelance Site Manager Position - Nottingham - 2 Month Project!

This contractor holds an impressive They hold up to 100 years of experience in the construction industry and have efficiently completed over 1,000 properties up to a high standard.



The Project

Working as a Freelance Site Manager, you will be carrying out refurbishment works on a large University based in the East Midlands. You will be ensuring all works are carried out to a high standard along with client satisfaction.



Requirements

For this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualifications as a minimum;

* SMSTS
* CSCS
* First Aid
* Asbestos Awareness
* Fire Marshall

Additional skills;

* Indicate being a team leader
* Have confidence in your role
* Strong working knowledge of working in the construction industry



The Role

* Job Title: Site Manager
* Project: Refurbishment works on a large university based in East Midlands
* Duration: 2 Months
* Reporting to: Contracts Manager#



Duties

* Health & Safety
* Updating Site Diaries
* Inductions / Toolbox Talks
* Participate in site discipline meetings
* Ensure project is delivered to a high standard, on time and to budget
* Management of on-site labour & ensuring site is clean and tidy at all times
* Assist in the preparation of RAMS & ensure they are reviewed and signed off on a daily basis.
* Daily reports to the contracts manager identifying any risks and opportunities at an early stage
* Maintain daily records including progress pictures within project file to support management
