An exciting position has become available for a full-time Contracts Manager based in Liverpool. The successful candidate will earn £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience.

Our client specialises in Retail / Leisure - having key accounts with fast food chains & retail outlets. The works are fast track, with most jobs around 6 weeks projects. You would be managing multiple jobs at one time. The client is based in Liverpool with the works being Nationwide, this will be a mixture of site visits and office working. You will be responsible for the day to day operations of all aspects of project management delivery.

Role Requirements

* Exceptional client facing skills.
* Management of subcontractors and a direct labour workforce.
* Delivering quality finished end product to time and budget.
* Commercially aware, extensive knowledge of all disciplines involved in the construction process.
* Thorough knowledge of H&S procedures.
* Excellent communication skills at all levels.

Role Responsibilities

* Build good relations with the client and site team.
* Ensure all aspects of the build process are satisfactorily completed on time and within cost, to the highest possible standards.
* Be able to carry out perfect delivery and produce snag free jobs.
* Must be able to run at least two contracts at one time.
* Liaison with construction teams, landlords and clients.
* Design control and coordination, directly liaise with designers.
* Management of Site Manager and Site Teams.
* Manage all aspects of build process.
* Visit sites at least one day a week.
