Regional Contracts Manager Role - North West

This company upholds a healthy track record of producing projects to an amazing standard of work whilst maintaining health and safety. They work progressively throughout a huge range of sectors, from education, healthcare, pharmaceutical and laboratory, food production, office refurbishment, commercial, chemicals and technology. All the works are Regional, in the North West.



The Projects

As Contracts Manager, you will be operating on a wide range of Fitout works, which will include Industrial units, offices, warehouses and schools, you will be based in the North West and will gain a company share profit scheme of 20%.

Requirements

It is essential that you hold the experience below;

* A satisfactory amount of experience in the industry
* Excellent working knowledge of health and safety
* Good understanding of all aspects of contracting process and technical building requirements

The Role

* Job Title: Contracts Manager
* Job Type: Permanent
* Project: Various Fitout works on large Industrial units / Offices / Warehouses / Schools
* Reporting to: Operations Manager

Duties

* Inspect the standards of the projects efficiently
* Maintaining and keeping the contract up to date
* Ensuring health and safety is been undertaken at all times
* Having flexibility, able to work across different sectors / environments at any time
* Determine the main communication association between the team and the company
* Guide the project and team to deliver good standards, promoting company vision and values
* Deliver operational effectiveness and observe the quality of the work to ensure it is up to high standards
* Go to the effort of reflecting regularly and maintaining self-awareness on your own duties to find room for improvement
* Always making sure the project is completed to a high standard & good quality, safe, cost effective and builds a close client relationship
* Approving and inspecting the Project Management Plan (PMP) and Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) and proves control documents for each project after their preparation by the project team
* Ensure the PMP is developed throughout the project and that all operations are conducted in accordance with it
