Freelance MEP Site Manager

The Project



As a highly experienced MEP Manager, you will be working within the MEP team on a £100m Student Accommodation development in Birmingham. The project consists of a mixture of new build and refurbishment works to deliver a 500-bed accommodation block and multi storey car park. You will look after the £10m MEP Package from main installation to final test and commissioning.

For this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualifications as a minimum;

* SMSTS
* First Aid
* CSCS Card

Duties

* Health & Safety
* Quality Inspections
* Progress Reporting
* Updating Site Diaries
* Inductions / Toolbox Talks
* Ordering / Receiving of materials
* Management of the MEP subcontractors
* Carry out programme and budget evaluations
* Attending and Participating in Project meetings
* Reporting in to and working closely with the MEP Lead and Senior Management Team
