We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Manager to join our team for an exciting airport asphalt runway project. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the development of a critical infrastructure project.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) for the airport asphalt runway project.
* Establish and maintain quality control processes to ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and specifications.
* Creat ITPS
* Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify quality-related issues and non-compliance.
* Collaborate with project stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and consultants, to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
* Monitor the construction process to ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and quality requirements.
* Coordinate with external testing laboratories for material testing and quality verification.
* Provide training and guidance to project personnel on quality control procedures and best practices.
* Document and report quality-related metrics, including non-conformance reports, corrective actions, and preventive measures.
* Conduct root cause analysis investigations to identify the underlying causes of quality issues and recommend preventive measures.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations related to airport runway construction.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Quality Manager or similar role in the construction industry, preferably in airport runway projects.
* In-depth knowledge of quality management principles, techniques, and tools.
* Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations, such as FAA specifications for airport pavement construction.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse project stakeholders.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and work under tight deadlines.
* Proficient in using quality management software and tools.
* Relevant certifications in quality management (e.g., Certified Quality Manager, Six Sigma) are a plus.
* Some working at night is required
