The Project

This is a freelance position on a large £10m factory refurbishment in the Scottish Central Belt. You will be site based for a maximum of 2 days per week, working closely with the site team to produce and work to detailed programmes.

Requirements

For this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualifications as a minimum;



* CSCS Card
* Degree, HND or equivalent industry qualification

Additional skills;

* Excellent IT skills
* Ability to time manage and prioritise tasks
* Strong communication and attention to details
* Can operate effectively using relevant IT software

The Role

* Job Title: Freelance Planner
* Project: £10m factory refurbishment in the Scottish Central Belt
* Duration: 12 Months
* Hours: 1-2 days per week
* Reporting to: Construction Director

Duties

* Ability to produce detailed programmes
* Liaising with surveyors, engineers and architects
* Report project progress regularly to Construction Director
* Build relationships with clients, contractors and consultants
* Providing design, procurement and construction programmes
* Communicate the projects expectations and performance measures to key stakeholders
* Update & record progress of the project within all stages and assist the project team with formulating mitigation actions
