The Project



As an experienced Assistant Site Manager, you will be working on a New Build Housing project in Harrogate. You will be Number 2 on site, providing assistance to the Site Manager on this fast paced project. You will be organising work schedules for employees, overseeing the site cleanliness, implementing safety precautions and making sure the work is done effectively and on time.



Requirements



For this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualifications as a minimum;



* SMSTS
* First Aid
* CSCS Card

It is also required that you have the following experience;



* New Build Housing background



The Role



* Job Title: Assistant Site Manager
* Project: New Build Housing Development in North Yorkshire
* Duration: 12 Months+ / Temp to Perm
* Reporting to: Site Manager



Duties

* Health & Safety
* Progress Reporting
* Updating Site Diaries
* Inductions / Toolbox Talks
* Confidently support the Site Manager
* Ordering materials, plant and labour for site
* Occasionally providing cover for the Site Manager when required
* Assisting in the management of onsite labour including subcontractors
* Accompany the Site Manager and NHBC inspectors during site inspections and take immediate actions when required
