A Construction Contractor based in the North West that has a track record of delivering high quality projects across the Residential sector with values up to £7m+.
The Role
Site Manager to manage and deliver 15x timber frame town houses with the total project value of £1.6m in the Wirral. The project is due to start towards the end of May 2023 and is scheduled to run for
12 months.
Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications
As the Site Manager, you must possess the following;
* 5+ years' experience working as a Site Manager on Housing projects
* Previous experience working in a fast-paced construction environment
* SMSTS
* 3 Day First Aid
* CSCS Card
Duties
* Ordering materials
* Maintaining quality control checks
* Liaising with internal sub-contractors
* Conducting quality and safety inspections
* Ensuring work is finished to a high standard
* Reporting on project progress to senior managers
* Ensuring high quality of workmanship is maintained at all times
* Supervising site labour (both directly employed and sub-contract)
* Day to day problem solving and dealing with any issues that arise
* Assist in the supervision of construction workers and subcontractors
* Overseeing project schedules and ensuring working is completed on time
* Managing health and safety throughout the site including site safety inspection
* Ensuring a safe and tidy site is maintained at all times and that site rules are adopted by all site personnel
