The Company

A West Yorkshire based Architect Consultancy that specialises in the designing new build, refurbishment and extensions for the Education sector.

Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications

For this role you must possess the following;

* Minimum of 5 years' office administration experience.
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Good time management skills, with the ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate work under pressure.
* Must be able to work individually or as part of a team.

The Role

Project Assistant to support the Design team in the designing and planning process of Education projects in West Yorkshire. You will be working in conjunction with Construction Contractors to ensure that projects are delivered to the correct specification

Duties

* Supporting the Technical Co-ordinator with various aspects of project development and delivery, including general administration and project communications.
* Facilitate project meetings, document project decisions and action items.
* Set-up management and project files.
* Preparation of letters, agenda's, reports and other complex and sometimes time sensitive documents.
* Collation of tender documentation ahead of issue to contractors.
* Accepting and recording receipt of contractor's tender submissions.
* Creating and maintaining a record of project progress.
* Processing of financial accounts and tracking project costs as directed, using existing Excel spreadsheets.
* Liaising with clients, contractors, and other professionals throughout the project lifecycle.
* Management of multiple projects simultaneously.
