Senior Site Manager


The Company

A well established, family run, Construction Contractor with over 40 years in the build industry. They have a vast portfolio of developments, have successfully delivered an array of projects and have upcoming tenders in the pipeline in excess of £250m+ They operate across various sectors such as commercial, retail, leisure, industrial, residential and education. Their shining recommendations and growth is shown through the many accreditations and construction industry awards.

The Project

As a highly experienced Senior Site Manager, you will be working on a £30m New Build development in Leeds City Centre. You will work closely with the site team, subcontractors and the end client to ensure the work is delivered to specification, on time and in budget.



Requirements



For this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualifications as a minimum;

* SMSTS
* First Aid
* CSCS Card



It is also essential that you hold the experience below;

* Proven track record of successfully delivering similar sized & valued schemes for a Tier 1 contractor



The Role

* Job Title: Senior Site Manager
* Job Type: Permanent
* Project: £30m New Build Development in Leeds City Centre
* Reporting to: Senior Project Manager



Duties

* Health & Safety
* Manage the KPIs
* Progress Reporting
* Updating Site Diaries
* Inductions / Toolbox Talks
* Quality Inspections / Snagging
* Ordering / Receiving of materials
* Chairing and participating in project meetings
* Management of onsite labour including subcontractors
* Reporting in to and working closely with the Senior Management Team and project stakeholders
* You will interact with both construction professionals and the client whilst managing a high pressure and busy environment
