The Project



New Build High-End Residential developments at various stages of completion around the South Yorkshire region. Various Site Managers needed for short term cover on a number of different sites.



Requirements



For this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualifications as a minimum;



* CSCS
* SMSTS
* First Aid



The Role

* Job Title: Site Manager(s)
* Project: New Build Housing
* Duration: 1 week
* Reporting to: Contracts Manager

Duties

* Health & Safety
* Progress Reporting
* Updating Site Diaries
* Inductions / Toolbox Talks
* Quality Inspections / Snagging
* Ordering / Receiving of materials
* Attending and Participating in Project meetings
* Management of onsite labour including subcontractors
* Reporting in to and working closely with the Senior Management Team
