The Company

A leading M&E subcontractor, who have been operating in the industry for over 50 years, boasting an array of awards and accreditations. They provide an exceptional service providing design and installation solutions for M&E and building services across a range of sectors including commercial, industrial, education, retail and residential.



The Project

As a highly experienced Freelance Site Administrator you will be working on a £200m New Build Arena in Manchester alongside a Document Controller and the wider management team. You will be one of the first points of contact when operatives and visitors arrive to site and you will be relied on to manage and oversee all office administration. You must be personable and have excellent communication and organisational skills.



Requirements

For this role it is essential that you carry the following professional experience and skills as a minimum;

* Excellent organisation skills
* High standards for quality of work
* Previous experience on a similar project
* Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office package including Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint



The Role

* Job Title: Freelance Site Administrator
* Duration: 12 Months
* Location: Manchester
* Project: £200m New Build Arena in Manchester
* Reporting to: Project Manager



Duties

* Team communications
* Maintaining office systems
* Booking couriers and taxis
* Keeping records up to date
* Dealing with incoming e-mail and post
* Receiving and replying to email queries
* Printing, scanning binding / filing documents
* Management of PPE for new starters and visitors
* Ordering stationery / materials for the project team
* Use Outlook, Word and Excel on a day-to-day basis
* Providing support to our Project team when required
* Organising catering for ad hoc events held at the office
* Booking meeting rooms and buffet lunches as requested
* Welcoming visitors and staff and giving access to the building
* General admin support as required to the team and Directors
* Producing documents, reports and presentations to a high standard
* Liaising with staff and clients in an effective and professional manner
* Ensure the team is compliant with all company Standards and Procedures
* Diary management and booking of meeting rooms - coordinating calendar and setting up video calls
* Arranging travel, accommodation and couriers for the project team as required and keeping a log of all travel and accommodation bookings
