The Project

As an experienced Document Controller, you provide assistance to maintain project documentation and aid the Quality Assurance Engineer.

Requirements

It is also desired that you hold the skills & experience below;

* Strong Organisational skills
* Work well in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
* Experience in Rail, Civil Engineering or Construction Industry
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in Document Control, Administration or experience in Quality Assurance
* Must have project wise and aconex experience

Duties

* Filing
* Taking minutes
* Booking meetings
* Quality assurance checks
* Using project wise and aconex
* Maintaining project documentation
* Creating and updating spreadsheets
* Ensuring that all project documentation meets the company's standards
