They have successfully delivered numerous multi-million pound projects across a range of sectors including, Healthcare, Leisure, Industrial and Commercial.
The Project
As an experienced Freelance Site Manager based in Scotland, you will be overseeing the internal fit out stage of a £10m Innovation Centre in Inverness. Working closely with the Project Manager to ensure that works are carried out to a high standard, in budget and in a safe manner.
Requirements
For this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualifications as a minimum;
* SMSTS
* First Aid
* CSCS Card
It is also essential that you hold the experience below;
* Preferably from a joinery background
* Excellent internal finishing and fit out experience
* Strong working knowledge of working in the construction industry
* Experience of working on a similar project with similar project values

Duties
* Health & Safety
* Progress Reporting
* Updating Site Diaries
* Inductions / Toolbox Talks
* Management of onsite labour
* Chair and attend site meetings
* Quality Inspections / Snagging
* Ordering / Receiving of materials
* Carry out programme and budget evaluations
* Attending and Participating in Project meetings
