HSEQ Manager
The Company
A West Yorkshire-based Principal Contractor are looking for a head of department to lead their SHEQ division due to company expansion and restructure. At current, the business is operating across the residential, commercial, industrial & retail sectors with projects valued up to £30m+.
Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications
For this role you must possess the following;
* 5 years+ experience in construction health and safety
* Experience in implementing and monitoring Quality Assurance and Compliance
* NEBOSH General / Construction Certificates
The Role
As the HSEQ Manager you will leading the SHEQ department and managing Quality across the business and a range of construction projects.
Duties
* Reporting to the Operations Director
* Managing and delegating tasking to SHE Coordinators and Administrators
* Site visiting auditing / site H&S support
* Implementation and communication of health and safety policies
* Risk management
* Maintenance of SSIP accreditations & ISO:45001
* Site auditing Standards and the preparation and delivery of health & safety in-house training requirements
* Undertaking accident investigation and creating reports and associated documents
* Creating and assessing RAMS
* Demonstrate technical and practical knowledge relating to construction health & safety with a sound working knowledge of CDM 2015
* Confident and experienced approach to Accident / Incident Investigation and reporting with ability to identify root cause and effect prevention measures.
