Site Manager
The Company
A UK based contractor who specialise in building custom made developments. They hold years of experience within the industry and withhold a significant portfolio of environmentally friendly developments. They work on a range of sectors from residential projects to commercial. Their main focus is customer care and ensuring the customer's needs have been met satisfactory.
The Project
A £1m boiler system upgrade on a prestigious hospital in Edinburgh. You will be consistently reporting back to the visiting Project Manager throughout the work and ensuring it is carried out safely, on time and within budget.
Requirements
For this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualifications as a minimum;
* CSCS
* SMSTS
* First Aid
It is also preferred that you hold the experience below;
* Experience of working on a similar project or with an M&E background
* Strong working knowledge of building and health and safety regulations & requirements
Additional skills;
* IPAF & PASMA (not essential)

Duties
* Health & Safety
* Progress Reporting
* Updating Site Diaries
* Inductions / Toolbox Talks
* Management of onsite labour
* Chair and attend site meetings
* Quality Inspections / Snagging
* Ordering / Receiving of materials
* Carry out programme and budget evaluations
* Attending and Participating in Project meetings
* Reporting in to and working closely with the Senior Management Team and end client
